<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Syrian activist and singer Qassem Al-Jamous, known as Sada Houran, was killed in a horrific traffic accident on the Bloudan-Al-Dimas road. His death came only two hours after he published a post on his social media accounts, in which he asked about the duration of the road from the Bloudan mountains to the southern suburb, in a scene that his followers considered extremely moving and painful. </p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img style="aspect-ratio:555/312;" src="https://cdn.sbisiali.com/news/images/b413f905-c986-4653-81d7-e613c324005c.jpeg" alt="Qasim Al-Jamous"></figure><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He mentioned that Qassim Al-Jamous hails from the city of Dael in Daraa Governorate, and was one of the most prominent and important revolutionary voices that inflamed the Syrian street with chants and songs inciting demonstrations against the Syrian regime. He played a prominent role in the popular movement since the outbreak of the revolution, as he led the demonstrations with his loud voice, igniting enthusiasm in the souls of the protesters. <br></p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img style="aspect-ratio:1446/946;" src="https://cdn.sbisiali.com/news/images/32d3f721-2150-42e7-84d2-49e9de9a5b90.jpeg" alt="Qasim Al-Jamous"></figure><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> In a related context, after the Syrian regime took control of Daraa, he moved to Idlib, where he continued his revolutionary activity. Qasim al-Jamous participated in the demonstrations alongside the late leader and singer Abdul Basit al-Sarout, whose passing left a deep wound in Qasim al-Jamous’ heart. Since that time, he devoted his voice to conveying the suffering of the Syrians through songs and demonstrations, and he remained present in the conscience of the revolution until his death. <br></p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img style="aspect-ratio:555/740;" src="https://cdn.sbisiali.com/news/images/2f810d88-1dd1-4f77-bd9a-61cd3896bbf9.jpeg" alt="Qasim Al-Jamous"></figure><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Qassim Al-Jamous mourned many activists of the Syrian revolution. Obaida Ghadhban wrote: A beautiful martyred homeland, O father of the homeland... to the mercy and pleasure of God, and after you we have the melodious voice and deep hoarseness of our revolution and our long days.<br> Hassan Al-Daghim expressed his sincere condolences to the Syrian people for the loss of one of the righteous sons of the revolution, the owner of the resounding voice and the throat that called out the dreams and hopes of the Syrians, Qassem Abu Watan, whom I had the honor of personally inviting to attend the National Dialogue Conference a few days ago.
