Simon Al-Mandlaq, a name that sums up a long career full of success, fame and giving, left us, leaving his aesthetic touches on many occasions, as his presence was essential in the emergence of many stars and prominent female figures in the Arab world.

The most important information about the late Simon Al-Mandalaq Simon was one of the most prominent hairdressers in the Arab world, appearing alongside many celebrities and prominent figures.

He was born in Lebanon in the village of “Al-Majdal” in 1958 under the name of Semaan Grace Al-Mandalaq. He worked in the field of hairdressing and held the position of Mayor of Al-Majdal in the past.

Simon started his career in the beauty field at a young age when he was sixteen years old. He mentioned in a television interview that his passion for this field began when he admired a girl he saw walking in the street and heading to a hair salon in the Lebanese capital Beirut. He started following this girl and later discovered that she was a regular visitor to this salon. Since then, he decided to work in the field of hairdressing and started working from this salon that the girl entered.

Simon was keen to develop his skills and experience in this field, as he traveled to Europe and spent about five years there, during which he moved between London and Paris, gaining extensive experience in the field of hair styling.

In 1996, he was chosen to be the President of the French Association of Hairdressers on behalf of his country, Lebanon.

The late artist worked with many stars, including Sarah Abi Kanaan, Reem Al-Saidi, Samira Saeed, Raya Abi Rashed, Rita Harb, Nadine Nassib Njeim, Valerie Abou Chacra, Maritta Hallani and many others. It is worth noting that Simon was Princess Rajwa's hairstylist on her henna day.

Death of Simon Al-Mandelaq Simon Al-Mandalaq passed away on the morning of Friday, August 16, 2024, following a sudden health crisis. The funeral will be held today, Saturday, August 17, at 5:00 PM, at the Church of Mar Elias Al-Majdal in the Jezzine District in Lebanon .
