Media figure Maha Al-Saghir , wife of artist Ahmed Al-Sakka, decided to sue her brother Mustafa over the inheritance, as she appeared yesterday, Thursday, at the South Cairo Court of First Instance, accompanied by her personal lawyer.

Some press sources revealed that Maha Al-Saghir is going to court to attend court sessions related to her claim of her right to the inheritance of her late father, the famous hairdresser Muhammad Al-Saghir, which she has not been able to do since his death in 2021.

Maha accused her brother Mustafa Al-Saghir of refraining from giving her her right and share in her father’s inheritance, as he had taken control of all branches of their father’s company, in Egypt and abroad, seizing their revenues and profits.

For his part, Mustafa Al-Saghir filed a lawsuit against his sister Maha, accusing her of causing him to lose money, disrupting his company, and making the board of directors unable to carry out its business due to a malicious complaint she filed against him, according to his lawsuit.

Mustafa added in his lawsuit that his sister was the reason for his financial loss after the complaint she filed against him due to inheritance, in which the court ruled to reject the original lawsuit, obligating her to pay expenses and attorney fees.

The competent court decided to accept the case, and a session was set to consider it in the coming days.

It is noteworthy that Muhammad Al-Saghir, the beauty expert and father of the media personality Maha Al-Saghir, died on the twenty-ninth of January 2021 as a result of his infection with the Corona virus.
