Filming has begun in Lebanon for the new drama series "Exit from the Well," directed by Jordanian director Mohammed Lotfi and written by Samer Radwan. It is set to air during Ramadan 2026.

Lebanese actress Carmen Lebbos posted a video on her official Instagram account from the backstage of the first day of filming. She toured the set with her phone lens, sending a message to her followers: "This is the first day of filming for the series 'Exit from the Well'. I won't film myself, I'll leave it as a surprise until you see me in the series."

The video received widespread attention, particularly as it brings together a select group of Arab stars and addresses a highly sensitive story. It was confirmed that Carmen always chooses her roles carefully.

The story and heroes of the series "Exit from the Well" The series "Exit from the Well" includes an elite group of stars, led by the Syrians Jamal Suleiman and Abdul Hakim Qatifan, alongside the Lebanese star Carmen Lebbos .

Also participating are: Wahat Al-Raheb, Nancy Khoury, Talal Mardini, Jifra Younes, Khaled Shabat, Rusul Al-Hussein, Rawaa Yassin, Nidal Najm, Mazen Al-Nattour, Raed Mashraf, and others.

The series presents a dramatic treatment based on real testimonies and documents about the suffering of prisoners in Sednaya Prison, including the notorious riots that took place there, providing viewers with a more realistic picture of the detainees' experiences and the poignant events that accompanied them.
