Mahmoud Saad announces the success of Angham's surgery

Egyptian media personality Mahmoud Saad revealed new details about the health of his fellow Egyptian artist Angham , confirming that her condition is stable and improving after undergoing a delicate surgical procedure.

Surgical details Mahmoud Saad revealed, in a post on his official Facebook page, that Angham underwent surgery to remove the remaining part of a cyst on her pancreas, in addition to removing a small portion of the pancreas itself.

Saad explained that the surgery was not easy, describing it as a delicate operation, but that it went smoothly and was successful thanks to the meticulous medical care. He noted that Angham is receiving the necessary care and is now in good condition.

Saad wrote, “ Thank God Angham is safe. As I told you yesterday, Angham entered the operating room today to remove the remaining part of the cyst on her pancreas, along with a small part of it. The operation was delicate and not easy, but thank God it went well and was successful. She is fine, thank God. God willing, Angham will recover quickly and return safely.”

When will she return to Egypt? Mahmoud Saad had revealed some time ago that Angham would return to Egypt, saying: “We cannot determine her return to Egypt. In the coming days, if she takes an antibiotic injection into her blood, she will have to stay in Germany. But if it is pills, she will bring them to Egypt and return. The decision so far from the doctors is that what remains of the cyst is not bothersome. We may need to remove it in the coming period, or we may not. The matter needs follow-up. Every month or two, an ultrasound scan will be done to see the situation.”

Angham's last concert in El Alamein before traveling for treatment During her concert at the U-Arena as part of the third edition of the New Alamein Festival, Angham was keen to pay tribute to star Tamer Ashour, composer of a number of her songs, including "Kan Baree'" and "Lawha Behta."

Angham opened her segment with the song "Omry Ma'ak", followed by a long medley of songs that varied between her old and new works, totaling more than 30 songs, most notable of which are: "Baqalak Qalb", "Asmaik Al Kteira", "Hala Khasaa Jiddan", "Bayn Al Baynin", "Atabk Lak Ta'had", and "Yaritak Fahemni".
