His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, has approved a decision appointing Dr. Maitha bint Essa Buhumaid as Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Dubai Media Incorporated.
