Kousa announced the news through a video she posted on her Instagram account, in which she appeared on the beaches and streets of Lebanon, announcing the start of her journey from her country to the world, and wrote: “I will begin a journey from Lebanon to the world... and I can’t wait to meet the amazing women from all over the world in India.”

In the video, Kousa delivered a moving message about Lebanese identity, highlighting the country's rich history and resilience in the face of adversity. She spoke of the legacy of the Phoenicians, who set out from these shores thousands of years ago to introduce the world to the first alphabet, civilization, and cultural exchange. She said, "Lebanon is a story as old as time... and today I carry a similar message to the world." She added that she drew inspiration from Beirut, a city that has been repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt, emphasizing that the love of life, culture, food, and resilience runs through the veins of every Lebanese.

Beyond her outward beauty, Nada Kousa was keen to highlight her humanitarian and societal message, noting her role as a clinical psychologist working with children affected by war trauma, striving to promote mental health and education in a nation suffering from successive crises. She said, “I dedicate my time to helping children, and I believe that good education and mental health are key to Lebanon’s future.” She emphasized that, as Miss Lebanon, she looks forward to carrying these messages to the world through the Miss World platform.
