Bahaa El Khatib passed away suddenly while playing a football match with his friends. He suffered a heart attack and was taken to a 6th of October hospital for resuscitation, but he later passed away.

Bahaa Al-Khatib's body is currently in the hospital pending the completion of the death and burial procedures. The funeral will be held at 10:00 AM from Khatem Al-Mursaleen Mosque in the village of Miah Rahina in Badrashin.

Bahaa El Khatib, born in 1984, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in 2006. He joined the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts, Department of Acting and Directing, and worked in the fields of visual effects design and human resources.
