The festival administration explained that the opening of this cultural and artistic event was an opportunity to call for the preservation of the unique “flapper” instrument that faces the threat of extinction.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The activities of the eleventh session of the festival included the participation of many heritage groups from the East, in addition to scientific seminars with the participation of professors interested in cultural heritage, and the organization of cultural and artistic activities in various cities of the East.</p>
